I purchased the close contact pad and WHOA! This pad is incredible! I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on a single pad and was no where near as impressed as I am by this pad. It is soft, squishy, and a generous thickness…literally it’s a solid inch before compression. I’ve ridden it twice now and it immediately conformed to my mare. Day one we went out on the trails for gallop sets and hill work and today we did arena drills with lots of transitions and bending. This pad didn’t budge, my saddle didn’t slip, and my mare wasn’t as nearly as itchy afterwards as she normally is. The fiber quality is insane! It isn’t itchy it doesn’t have stiff guard hairs that are pokey/prickly. The leg cut out has dramatically changed how my horse listens to my leg. She’s more responsive with way less effort and I can be more subtle in my cues. This is hands down my go to pad and I will be ordering more.

I have a 16.3hh, solidly-built, but high withered thoroughbred gelding who is just generally hard to fit. The shape and build of this pad is PERFECT for him. It comes up off his withers and clears his shoulders in all the right ways.

The quality of the pad is great! & what a great color!! I have used very expensive pads but after doing more research we have been wanting to switch to 100% Merino Wool pads for the temperature regulation. It makes sense to use a wool that allows heat to not collect on their backs and removes the moisture.

I’ve been putting this pad on my colt and other training horse lately, it’s been working great!! There was some areas that my saddle pinched my horse and with this pad it made it so much better. Highly recommend getting one!!!

I love this halter! It is excellent quality, it looks great, it fits a variety of horses' heads great, and I love the snap under the throat for easy on and off and no messing with buckles. Paired with the 7ft lead, this is a must have!

I love the quality and feel of the lead rope and the leather on the end that gives it a little more weight. I would love to see this in a longer style as well!

Very good and sturdy these are just like the Boca brand but kinda better!!

Phoenix Equine pads are high quality, look GREAT, and work really well. I love the variety of colors and features (gel, wool, wool blend) so that I can have the pad that works the best for each horse. All of our horses are now being ridden with Phoenix Equine pads.
