Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped within 10 business days of purchase, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery destination. We partner with multiple carriers to offer you the best available rates.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship throughout the United States via the following carriers, depending on the product category:
- General orders: UPS and USPS
- Halters, Bits & Leather Goods: UPS and USPS
- Winter Blankets: UPS and USPS
- Saddle Pads: FedEx, UPS, and USPS
International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. Available carriers vary by region:
- Canada: UPS and USPS; Economy International available at $50 CAD via Shopify Collective
- Brazil & Mexico: DHL and FedEx (Saddle Pads)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
Shopify Collective Orders Orders fulfilled through Shopify Collective ship via Economy ($35 USD domestic) or Economy International ($50 CAD).
